Today, Mike McGuire, State Senator and Democratic nominee for Congress in in District 1, announced he’ll be hitting the highways for the “Roadshow for Democracy”— a multi-county barnstorming tour featuring community town halls, rallies, and grassroots organizing events across California’s North State — including Oct. 6 in Lassen County, location and time to be announced.
According to a statement from McGuire, since launching his people-driven campaign for Congress last November, McGuire has held over 50 public town halls and community meetings across District 1.
