A citizen’s letter to the U.S. Supreme Court Justices

The U.S. Supreme Court serves as the highest court in the federal judiciary, with the primary job of interpreting the Constitution and laws of the United States.

By upholding our Constitution, you need to ensure equal justice under law and acting as a check and balance on the other branches of government. You, as the Supreme Court Justices, have the power of judicial review, (and the power to) invalidate laws and executive actions deemed unconstitutional.

I am a very concerned citizen of California. I’ve lived here my entire life. Life has changed over the years. I learned a long time ago that the US Supreme Court is the highest court in America.

As Supreme Court Justices, you were appointed to uphold our democracy and the Constitution. I don’t care who appointed you or your party association, but I do care you are allowing Trump to get away with all of his lawlessness in regard to Project 2025. Trump lied about not knowing anything about Project 2025. All of the people who authored Project 2025 were his constituents.

Why haven’t the Epstein Files been released?

What is Trump afraid of and why is Pam Bondi hiding the files? Maybe it’s because Pam Bondi partied with both Epstein and Trump and knows about the sex trafficking of under-aged girls who were abused and raped. Witnesses are coming forward to share their abuse and rape issues.

What I and many others believe is that Donald Trump is out of control. And the thing is — you are letting it happen. Why was Elon Musk allowed to contribute $277 million to the Trump campaign to elect Trump. In return Trump allowed Elon Musk and DOGE to unconstitutionally destroy countless lives by firing federal employees. What about Trump’s corrupt unqualified cabinet members? Attorney General Pam Bondi who lies for Trump and covers up all of his illegal endeavors; Bitcoins, watches, Bibles, credit cards, $1 million dinner invitation to Mar Logo, to name a few.

Another example I have is the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the Capitol that was orchestrated by Donald Trump, an act of treason. Trump should have been tried for treason and gone to prison, just like anyone else. Yet no one made him accountable for his actions. That was treason. That only happens in countries that have fascist dictators.

What about all the taxpayer’s money Trump waisted because he believed the 2020 election was stolen from him? To this very day, Trump still claims the 2020 election was stolen from him. In Trump’s 2024 campaign, he made a lot of promises that he never kept, lying to the American people.

Once Trump was inaugurated, he continually insisted that Canada become the 51st US state of America. Canada wanted no part of becoming the 51st US state. Trump continued to harass Canada. Then he punished Canada by making extremely large tariffs. What about Trump wanting to take over the Panama Canal and Greenland plus his unhinged undertaking, of changing the name of Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.

After the deadly January collision between a military helicopter and a passenger jet, Trump blamed the Biden administration.

The truth is that would have never happened if Trump hadn’t allowed Elon Musk to fire any person that knew what he/she was doing.

Instead, Trump put Pete Hegseth in charge. Someone who had no business of being put into that position. Trump never takes responsibility for his actions, unless the results are positive. If the results are negative, Trump always blames the Biden administration. No one defies Trump’s agenda without getting fired or retaliated against.

Then Trump lied about tariffs he imposed on Chinese imports in his first presidency. We the people are suffering the consequences of Trump’s insane tariffs. The same is true regarding all the tariffs that he imposed on other countries. Once again, we, the people, will pay for these tariffs. And once again, Trump has not suffered any consequences.

Trump made a wild conspiracy theory that the increase in autism rates was because of childhood vaccines.

Today, awareness of the symptoms and improved screening practices, by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, show that there are one in 125 children’s cases. Trump fired all the knowledgeable scientists and put JFK, Jr in charge.

JFK, Jr has no business being in that position because he doesn’t know what he is doing.

Because of the misinformation JFK, Jr spread, telling parents that vaccines are poison,  measles and other childhood diseases that were eradicated are once again killing children.

Trump’s dismantling of the 1st Amendment takes away our freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

He has also taken the right (of) peaceful rallies or protests, unlawfully sending the military to California. Gavin Newsom’s office determines if the National Guards needs to be called in.

The 5th Amendment, where a person is allowed due process.

Trump has deprived people of their life, liberty and their pursuit of happiness.

The 9th Amendment has been disregarded by Trump. He (goes) against the court’s ruling. He sent hundreds of innocent people to the El Salvador’s gulag.

Trump had anyone with brown skin or who spoke Spanish apprehended by unidentified masked Ice agents. These agents did not identify themselves, nor did they tell the person or their family members where they were being taken.

The Ice agents are using unmarked cars — that is unconstitutional.

And yet, Trump and Kristy Noem are getting away with deporting legal immigrants, naturalized immigrants,and US citizens who have not committed any crimes.

The 15th Amendment — Trump has taken away the right to vote by illegal redistricting making it more difficult for people of color (to exercise that) right.

The 22nd Amendment where Trump is trying to run for a third term, since his two terms are not consecutive.

The 24th Amendment —  Trump is taking away the right to vote by trying to eliminate mail-in ballots, etc. And by putting pressure (on those who) don’t comply with his demands. The list goes on.

What about bypassing Congress and his withholding funds that have been allocated by Congress? Food has been allocated to various countries, and Trump refuses to release the funds to get the food where it belongs.

I honestly don’t understand why Trump has all of these court cases where the outcome was against him, and it doesn’t seem as if he has been held accountable for any of them. Trump is a disgrace because he is he is slowly dismantling our democracy and our Constitution. Someone needs to stop him and hold him accountable for his crimes.

Pete Hegseth used Signal for military strikes on Yemen and had a reporter in on the chat which was negligent on his part with no reprimand.

Another time on Signal, he allowed his wife, brother-in-law and his lawyer in on a restricted conversation, Legally, he should have been fired, yet he still has his job.

Christy Noem is unqualified and stopped FEMA from helping distribute funds to the LA fire victims, hurricane victims and flood victims. She had Senator Alex Padillia pulled out (of) a room when she didn’t like his question, thrown to the floor and handcuffed. She is proud of herself for deporting legal or natural citizens to foreign countries without due process. And the latest atrocity is Alligator Alcatraz where Trump was laughing about how if anyone escaped, they would be eaten alive by alligators. That is sick and inhumane.

How about the $440 million plane the Saudis gifted Trump, or the $25 to 45 million taxpayer dollars Trump spent (on his) birthday military parade, or the funding Israel to wipe out the Palestinians so he can build a plush Trump Hotel and golf course. Or the bombing of Iraq claiming that they were nuclear weapon plants.

And what about the dismantling of the Department of Education? The “Big Ugly Bill” that allows tax breaks to the wealthy while cutting programs to middle- and lower-income citizens, and not putting those plans into action until after the 2026 elections.

Trump’s disrespect to veterans who defended our country and our freedom. He had dramatically cut staffing, making our veterans unable to get the medical treatments they need.

And once again the Epstein files have resurfaced. Trump has a conspiracy theory that the Epstein files have been fabricated by Democrats. Pam Bondi told Congress that the files were sitting on her desk, and then they mysteriously disappeared. She is abating a criminal investigation case which makes her and others accessories to the crime.

The list of laws Trump has broken in just seven months is a horrible attack on our democracy and Constitution. Once again, why is the most powerful court in America, the US Supreme Court, allowing Trump to destroy our American way of life so he can rule us as a monarch, dictator, fascist or oligarch?

As the Justices of the US Supreme Court, I am asking you all to do the right thing and (bring) Trump (to justice). His corrupt unqualified cabinet members are accessories to his crimes.
