Michael Scott Tyree, a resident of Klamath Falls, Oregon, was arrested and booked into the Lassen County Jail on charges of burglary and resisting arrest.
According to a statement from the Susanville Police Department, about 2:20 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, officers responded to an alarm call at the Spirit Gas Station, 2525 Main St.
The officers observed damage to the building and observed signs of theft from the business.
The officers continued a search of the area and immediately contacted Tyree in the area with merchandise from the store in his possession.
