Here’s a roundup of action taken at the Susanville City Council meeting held Wednesday, Feb. 5.
Mayor Mendy Schuster was absent.
The council met in closed session for a conference with labor negotiators (administrative unit). The council took no reportable action.
The council unanimously approved the consent calendar (three items — minutes of the city’s Jan. 15 meeting, vendor and payroll warrants and approval of Resolution No. 25-6403, authorizing the modification to the Position Classification
Schedule of the memorandum of understanding with the Administrative Bargaining Unit); New Business — unanimously approved Resolution No. 25-6404 amending a contract with Pee Wee Enterprises for work on the Ramsey Ditch; and Continuing Business — the council unanimously approved Resolution No. 25-6405 placing a five-year moratorium on public facilities impact fees.
The Susanville City Council’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15.
