The city of Susanville, Lassen County and the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce host the Bridging the Gap Business Resource Fair, from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 18 at Lassen Community College, 478-200 Highway 139.
“It promises to be a valuable event for entrepreneurs, business owners and anyone interested in learning about the resources available in our community,” said Tamra Spade, Susanville Economic Development Director.
The doors open at 9 a.m. with a welcome, coffee and snack and an opportunity to network until noon.
Resources attending include the Alliance for Workforce Development, Sierra SBDC, the city of Susanville, Lassen Community College, the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce, Plumas Bank (SBA lender), staffing agencies, signage/printing companies, accounting/bookkeeping companies, Lassen County Environmental Health, Lassen County Ag Department, Lassen County Building/Planning, U.S. Small Business Association, Lassen County District 5 Supervisor Jason Ingram and more.
