Love is not abuse, and according to the post, one-in-three young people experience some form of physical and/or sexual abuse.
Does your partner make you do degrading things; humiliate you in front of others; physically harm you; and constantly ask where you are or who you’re with?
These are signs of an unhealthy relationship. Remember, abuse is never your fault and asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of.
