Today, Lassen County Supervisor and retired Susanville Police Chief Chris Gallagher endorsed Heather Hadwick for State Assembly.

Heather Hadwick believes in making prices more affordable for California families, keeping our neighborhoods safe from rising crime and protecting our communities from devastating wildfires. Raised in the small town of Dorris in Siskiyou County, Hadwick has lived in Assembly District 1 nearly all her life. Today, she lives in Alturas with her high school sweetheart, Bryon, and their two sons, Sam (19) and Zack (15). Together, they run a farm and manage Modoc County’s only seasonal Pumpkin Patch.
Assembly District 1 encompasses the North State, including Lassen, Alpine, Amador, El Dorado, Siskiyou, Sierra, Shasta, Placer, Plumas, Nevada, and Modoc counties. The district party registration is 43 percent Republican, 29 percent Democrat and 28 percent Other.
