Hadwick receives endorsement from both California Professional Firefighters and CalFire Local 2881

Heather Hadwick is proud to be backed by firefighters in her race for the Assembly District 1 seat.

For the past seven years, Heather has served as an emergency manager as the Modoc County Deputy Office of Emergency Services and now for the Modoc County Office of Education, working to ensure the safety and well-being of her community. Her expertise in crisis response and disaster preparedness has equipped her with the skills necessary to advocate for policies that support our firefighters and enhance public safety measures across California.

Heather has worked alongside police and fire when managing natural disasters affecting the North State. Heather’s first-hand experience has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing first responders. The support from the California Professional Firefighters and its 35,000 members behind Heather’s campaign stands as a testament to her commitment to securing full funding for public safety, ensuring that firefighters have the necessary resources to keep us safe, and investing in proactive wildfire prevention.
