Broadcast Journalism Club
LHS has established its very own Broadcast Journalism Club. If you’re a school spirited speaker, an aspiring writer or just a fellow dreamer with a grand vision for our school and community, stop by at lunch Wednesday Sept. 11 in Mrs. Vincents classroom. (Do not be afraid to be apart of something great!)

FBLA
FBLA is hosting its September meeting in the Student Center at 7 p.m. tonight! There will be capture the flag, ice cream sundaes and a guest speaker, Casey Lee. We hope to see you there!

Drama Club Auditions
Anastasia the musical auditions will be held at lunch Thursday and Friday in the drama room see

Student Board OP Needed
Our local radio station 93.3 is searching for a student to board OP the football games this year. You would assist the sports director and play commercials during LHS games and when the 49er games air you would assist as well. See Kelli in the front office if you are interested.

Work Experience Today
Work Experience class don’t forget meeting during
lunch today with guest speaker Terra Avilla about Law Enforcement Room 111.

Picture Day
Picture Day is today. Your English teacher will walk you down for pictures if you do not have an English class go down during your TA period or study hall.

Reward for Flag
Reward offered for the return of the 30-foot American flag stored behind the curtain in the student center. If you have any information, see Kelli in the main office.

Yearbooks
Yearbooks are $80 through September. Purchase one from Carol in the ASB office or online through the LHS website.

California Scholarship Federation Applications
California Scholarship Federation applications are nownavailable in the Counseling Office or from Mrs. Satica in Room 112. If you are a sophomore, junior, or senior who earned good grades and completed 10 hours of community service CSF is the club for you. Completed applications using last semester’s grades are due by our first meeting — at lunch Wednesday, Oct. 9 in Room 112.
