2025 Rotary Youth Instrumental Music Contest
The Susanville Sunrise Rotary is sponsoring a local Instrumental Music Contest. Prize money will be awarded at each level of competition. Local Contest Date is 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb 27. Student applications can be picked up in the front office. Call Patty Gunderson with any questions (530) 310-2016.

Junior Class of 2026
Deposits for your Senior Trip are being accepted now through Feb. 28. See Sara in the Attendance Office for more information.

Juniors
Would you like to run for ASB office your senior year? Make sure you have ASB on your senior class schedule and see which position would interest you. President – Run meetings and handle executive decisions. Vice President – Looks over finances and delegated jobs of president. Secretary – Takes minutes for meetings. Director of Assemblies – Plan and host assemblies (Boy & Girl).  Social Media – Runs all social media platforms.

Girls Basketball
Come out and support your Lady Grizz basketball teams tonight. We will be celebrating our seniors for their last home game. Shannah McGarva, Brook Medovitch and Lucy Olson will on the court at 7:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m. frosh girls vs Elk Creek at home. JV (6 p.m.) and varsity girls (7:30 p.m.) vs U-Prep at home.

Boys Basketball
All Boys Basketball games for tonight vs U-Prep have been rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb 12.

Varsity Softball Open Gym
Varsity softball open gym this 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 8 in the small gym.

Run, Jump, Throw
Reminder that open conditioning for track and field will be from 3:20 to 4:30 p.m. February 11-13. Meet at the track and dress warmly. Tryouts from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 18. Sports physicals are required to tryout.

Baseball Open Gyms
Baseball open gyms will be held after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until tryouts.
