It’s Spirit Week — All You Need Is Love
Wednesday, Feb. 12 — Cupid’s Day (hearts, wings, halos).
Thursday, Feb. 13 — Perfect Pair (match outfits with a partner).
Friday, Feb. 14 —  Valentine’s colors. Red = Talking. Pink = Taken. White = It’s Complicated. Purple = Single.

This week is FBLA week
Wednesday — Wear your FBLA gear or wear blue and gold.
Thursday is breakfast in Mrs. Egan’s Room 754 at  7:30 a.m.
Friday is a scavenger hunt! Participate in these activities to gain FBLA points and to get yummy treats.

Congratulations to our winners of the History Museum Project
First Place and Student Choice Winner: Jack Dodge “The USS Arizona and Pearl Harbor” wins a $100 gift card. Second Place: Arwen Adams, Londyn Smith, Kortney McNutt and Isaac Jensen: “The Japanese Internment Camps” each wins a $50 gift card. Third Place: Dowan Stephens and Elias Brown “Martin Luther King, Jr. and Education” each wins a $25 gift card.

Mrs. Newman and Ms. Dollar would like to thank Lassen County Best of Broadway for donating the money for the gift cards and we would like to thank LCOE for the donation of the supplies for the projects.

Projects will be on display in the Main Office before they go to the Fine Arts Festival this March. Sports
Boys Basketball
Boys Basketball will travel to U-Prep for games today. Frosh at 4:30 p.m. JV at 6 p.m. Varsity at 7:30 p.m.

Soccer
Boys and Girls Soccer will travel to U-Prep for games today. Boy’s game at 3:15 p.m. Girl’s game at 5:15 p.m.

Run, Jump, Throw
Reminder that conditioning for track and field is open from 3:20 to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 11-13. Meet at the track and dress warmly. Tryouts will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 18. Sports physicals are required to tryout.

Baseball Open Gyms
Baseball open gyms will be after school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays until tryouts.

JV Baseball
JV Baseball tryouts will start Monday, February 17.

Second Place – Seniors with 46 points.
Third Place – Juniors with 35 points. Fourth Place Sophomores with 32 points.
