This week is FBLA week
Thursday Breakfast will be this morning in Mrs. Egan’s Room 754 at 7:30 a.m. due to school closure yesterday. Friday is a scavenger hunt! Participate in these activities to gain FBLA points and to get yummy treats!

2025 Rotary Youth Instrumental Music Contest
The Susanville Sunrise Rotary is sponsoring a local Instrumental Music Contest. Prize money will be awarded at each level of competition. Local contest is at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb 27. Student applications can be picked up in the front office. Call Patty Gunderson at (530) 310-2016 with any questions.

Junior Class of 2026
Deposits for your Senior Trip are being accepted now through Feb. 28. See Sara in the Attendance Office for more information.

Juniors
Would you like to run for ASB office your senior year? Make sure you have ASB on your senior class schedule and see which position would interest you. President – Run meetings and handle executive decisions. Vice President – Looks over finances and delegated jobs of the president. Secretary – Takes minutes for meetings. Director of Assemblies – Plan and host assemblies (boy and girl). Social Media – Runs all social media platforms.

Sports
Boys Basketball
JV and varsity boys basketball will travel to Central Valley today. JV game at  4:30p.m. Varsity game at  7:30 p.m.

Girls Basketball
JV and varsity girls basketball will travel to Central Valley today. JV game at 3 p.m. Varsity game at 6 p.m.

Track and Field
Tryouts start Feb. 18 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sports physicals are required to tryout.

Baseball Open Gyms
Baseball open gyms will be after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until tryouts.

JV Baseball
JV baseball tryouts will start Monday, Feb. 17.

Spirit Point Totals
1st Place – Freshman with 86 points.
2nd Place – Seniors with 74 points.
2nd Place – Juniors with 74 points.
4th Place Sophomores with 61 points.\
