Lassen Youth Soccer announces it will host the 2024 District IX Cup this coming weekend Saturday, Nov. 2, and Sunday, Nov. 3.
According to a statement from LYS, U10 and U12 age divisions will be competing at Susanville Ranch Park, while U14 teams will compete at Riverside Park.
Sno Mountain and Alpakas Tacos will be set up at Ranch Park all weekend, selling food and drinks to the community. Fine Designs will also be at Ranch Park for all your District Cup apparel needs.
Get Roasted will be at Riverside Park serving up some delicious coffee and deli fare. Come out to support our league, our players, the vendors and the community as a whole.
Players and their families should begin arriving Friday evening. We advise local businesses to be ready for a large increase in patronage over the weekend, especially on Saturday. We expect more than 300 people visiting for the Cup. Please be courteous and give them a friendly Susanville welcome.
