Lassen Fastpitch Softball encourages the community to support a young girl injured in a horrific automobile accident.
According to a statement from Lassen Fastpitch Softball, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 20, athletes, coaches and parents will be collecting donations for Ryan Wright in front of Safeway, Tractor Supply and on the corner of Main Street and Riverside Drive.
Lassen Fastpitch Softball will match the donations dollar for dollar.
According to the statement, “As many of our community members know, the Wright family were victims in a horrific car accident this past Tuesday. Ryan, a young girl, is in critical condition as a result with an unexpected road to recover ahead … If you can, please come by and donate. Together, we are Lassen Strong!”
