Lassen Land and Trails Trust presents A Walk Across England — a presentation by Janesville’s Julie McKee at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 at the Susanville Railroad Depot, 601 Richmond Road.
McKee, a world traveler and former Teacher of the Year at Janesville School, will share pictures and stories about her hike across England along Hadrian’s Wall.
Roman Emperor Hadrian built the defensive fortification beginning in 122 AD and garrisoned soldiers from across the empire in forts, milecastles and turrets.
