According to a statement from the Lassen Municipal Utility District, the board reported it unanimously agreed to a settlement agreement with former LMUD general manager Pat Holley during closed session, Tuesday July 25.
According to a statement from LMUD, “The board unanimously agreed to a settlement agreement with former GM, Pat Holley. In doing so, Holley agreed to withdraw any present or future claims against the district.
“The settlement will equal 18 months of his salary at the time of his resignation, July 5, 2023. He will receive healthcare benefits equal to the benefits he was receiving prior to his resignation for up to 18 months or until he accepts other employment.
“The details of the settlement are in draft form but are expected to be finalized within the next 24 hours.”
