The Lassen Municipal Utility District Board meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26 at 65 S. Roop St.
Items on the agenda include public comment; approval of the minutes for the July 22 regular meeting; the financial report; report from general manager; report from electric operations manager; quarterly review of the Power and Delivery Cost Analysis (no rate change recommended); approval of an estimate for Skedaddle Substation testing with NST Engineering; approval of a proposal for the removal and disposal of surplus substation transformers with Transformer Technologies, LLC; a letter of engagement with Deloitte Consulting Services for work on LMUD’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program; and a conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation (LMUD v. William Butler) and a performance evaluation of the general manager.
The board’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23.
