The Lassen Municipal Utility District holds a regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the LMUD Board Room, 65 S. Roop St.
Items on the agenda include public comment, election of officers, staff member reports, board member reports, approval of the minutes of the Dec. 19, 2024 special meeting, a financial report (budget-to-actual income statement, check register, cash position report, YTD budget/expense update for Skedaddle Substation project, and key financial metrics), report from general manager (meetings attended, updates on major ongoing projects), Skedaddle transformer price adjustment ($241,061.22), purchase and installation of the PWC600 Point of Wave Controller for Skedaddle ($96,206), a resolution updating the financial assurance cost estimate to Lassen County for the district’s obligation to remove the Hayden Hill transmission line, and a closed session conference with legal counsel (existing litigation, LMUD v. William Butler et al and one case of potential litigation).
