The Lassen Municipal Utility District Board of Directors hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the LMUD District Office, 65 S. Roop St.
Items on the agenda include public comment, consideration of the 2023/2024 audit, staff member reports, board member reports, approval of the minutes of the Oct. 22, meeting, a financial report, a report from the general manager, a report from the electric operations manager, consideration Resolution No. 2024-06 (general manager contract for Nick Dominguez), consideration of Resolution No. 2024-07 (removing the current trustee of the LMUD 401(k) plan and trust), consideration of Resolution No. 2024-08 (power sales contract with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems), consideration of Resolution No. 2024-09 (power sales contract with Millard County Power), quarterly review of the district’s kWh charge (no rate change recommended), approval of the 2023 Power Content Label, and a closed session conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation (LMUD v. William Butler, et al).
The LMUD board’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17.
