You won’t want to miss the Local Area Revitalization Project Co-op’s free Composting 101 Workshop held from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30 at the Thompson Peak Educational Farm, 464-440 S. Church St. in Janesville next to Artisan Coffee.
According to a Facebook post, “We will be building compost piles on site, so be sure to bring gloves and closed toe shoes and any and all questions you may have. This event is family friendly and welcome to kiddos and adults alike.”
