This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Miss Lassen County Pageant and all former Miss Lassen County representatives are invited to attend this year’s pageant held at 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 15 at the Main Grandstand at the Lassen County Fair.

According to Jill Poulsen, Miss Lassen County 2003, during this year’s pageant, the plan is to spotlight the lives of the former Miss Lassen County representatives and share their most memorable moments of being Miss Lassen County. Those who want to attend will be seated in festival seating.
An organized display is planned to be placed in one of the buildings at the fairgrounds and will be updated as each new Miss Lassen County is crowned.
