Officer helps motorist change a flat tire

A local California Highway Patrol Officer took the time to help.a stranded motorist.

According to a Facebook post, this weekend, officer Wheeler located a motorist stopped on the shoulder with a flat tire. He helped get the tire changed and got them back on the road.

Officers spend their days patrolling the highways to provide safety, security and service to the people traveling on them.
