Lt. Col. Jason Haynes will hand the command guidon back to Maj. Gen. Michael Lalor, commanding general of U.S. Army-tank Automotive and Armaments Command. Maj. Gen. Lalor will then hand the guidon to Lt. Col. Shivnesh Kumar signifying his assumption as Sierra Army Depot’s 45th commanding officer, during a ceremony at the Sierra Army Depot Parade Field at 9 a.m. June 10.
