The Susanville Planning Commission holds a public hearing “affirming the declaration of public nuisance and approving the issuance of a nuisance abatement order” at the following addresses: 1164 Gail Way and 355 Grand Ave. in Susanville.
The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26 at the Susanville City Council Chambers, 66 N. Lassen St.
The public is invited to attend and provide oral and/or written comments. Written comments must be received prior to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 for planning commission review.
