According to a Facebook post, “We are very grateful to have had such a wonderful turnout for our K9 program fundraiser at Panda Express last Wednesday, Aug. 6. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited and purchased a meal or generously offered a donation. Your collective efforts resulted in more than $500 in donations, and we deeply appreciate the community’s support in helping us raise funds to purchase new K9 police dogs for the city of Susanville.
“If you would like to continue to support our efforts, we will be holding another fundraiser in September; details will be posted.”
