resident Trump, even if he didn’t answer his questions.

In his letter, Ferreira talked about his excitement about Trump winning the election as well as asking him things such as his favorite color and his birthday.

Trump’s response didn’t answer any of his questions, but did encourage him to do his best, as he is the future of America.

“I just thought we could share it with everyone,” said Ferreira’s mother, Julie. “It’s a good message for all children.”

Ferreira said he plans to frame the letter and hang it up in his room.

“Our house is very political,” said Julie, “we talk about politics all the time.”

Because of this, Julie said her son was very invested in the election and learned a lot despite his young age.

Ferreira shared that he is glad Trump is president and feels he does a lot of good things.

In October, 8-year-old Troy Ferreira wrote a letter to President Donald Trump. Trump responded with this letter in December.

Julie said Ferreira plans on sending a copy of this article to President Trump along with another letter, to show how much the community appreciates his response.

Ferreira said he hopes Trump will answer more of his questions this time.

“Hopefully, they’ll continue writing back and forth,” said Julie.
