A LassenNews reader seeking information from the U.S. Forest Service, sent us a screenshot of this information from the U.S. Forest Service’s website.
The reader took exception to, “The Radical Left Democrats shutdown (sic) the government. This government website will be updated periodically during the funding lapse for mission critical functions. President Trump has made it clear he wants to keep the government open and support those who feed, fuel and clothe the American people.”
The reader wrote us, “I don’t think an agency like the Forest Service should be saying things like this! It’s the Forest Service. They should be neutral!”
