Notice of Public Hearing – Lassen County Planning Commission

The Lassen County Planning Commission solicits the aid of public agencies and the general public in consideration of the following item:

Applicant: Richard and Teresa Hrezo / Wendy Del Rosa  

File:Modification of Parcel Map No. 94052

Project:            The applicants are proposing to remove the building sites designated on Parcels C-2 and C-3 of Parcel Map No. 94052, as the same was filed on June 28, 1999 in Book 35 of Maps, Pages 62-63, of the Official Records of Lassen County.  This would be completed by modification of the original condition requiring them and then by recordation of a certificate of correction in the Official Records of Lassen County.

Location: The Hrezo property (A.P.N. 129-590-058) is located at 465-930 Hanlon Lane in Janesville, CA and the Del Rosa property (A.P.N. 129-590-059) is located at 466-200 Hanlon Lane in Janesville, CA.

Zoning: The subject parcels are zoned A-2-B-4 (Agricultural Residential, 4-Acre Building Site, Combining District) and have a land use designation of “Rural Residential” pursuant to the Janesville General Plan Amendments 1993.
