Project: Proposal to operate a cannabis dispensary in an existing commercial building

Location: The subject parcel is located at 671-585 Hwy 36 in Westwood, on the North-East corner of the intersection of Hwy 36 and Mooney Road

Zoning: The subject parcel is zoned C-1 (Retail Business District) and has a “Commercial” land use designation per the Westwood/Clear Creek Area Plan, 2002.
